Q. How long will it take you to find a vehicle for me? |
A. The answer is NOT a one size
fits all. It depends on factors like vehicle availability,
how long you have to wait (Typically longer wait time means
better deal.), what price range you're looking into, and how
far we have to go to find a vehicle. Can take as
little as a week, more commonly it's a few weeks to a month.

| Q. Do you inspect
the vehicle before purchasing it and ultimately selling it
to me? |
A. Of course!
We will fully inspect and guarantee against major problems.
A 90 day warranty is available for around $250 extra. |
| Q. Can I see
pictures of the vehicles before I make a decision on one? |
A. We
can take two pictures if you need and send them through
camera phone either via text message or email while on site.

specific options a vehicle has? I need to know that before
determining if I want it! |
A. We can let you know specific options
if you've narrowed your search down to one or two vehicles. |
| Q. What kind of
deal can you get me on one of these vehicles? |
A. It depends on the price range, if
you're paying all cash, how long you have to wait, etc..
Generally speaking the price we can get typically get a
vehicle to you for is slightly under street market value.
Now if you're expecting the absolute best price anywhere
then go private party and be prepared to do a lot of
shopping, bargaining, insulting, and scrutinizing. |
| Q. How accurate can
you be for a price quote on a vehicle? |
A. We can do this a few different ways,
you can tell us the max you're willing to pay and we simply
won't look at anything above that price. Or, I can give you
a range on a vehicle that can vary from $300-$700 depending
on condition and supply/demand. |
| Q. Can I request a
vehicle if I plan on financing one? |
A. Yes and no. Yes
if you fill out a
credit application,
get approved, and leave us a deposit.
No if you don't get approved. Our
credit approvals are just about entirely based on how much
$$$$ you have to put down. Plan on putting down at least
$1500 or more for the vehicle request program. |
| Q. How much do you
need for a deposit? |
A. 5% of the planned purchase either via
credit card, PayPal, cash in person, and/or personal check. |
| Q. Is my deposit
refundable? |
A. Yes, if you're not satisfied we will
not hold you to purchasing a vehicle. Of course, this is
where you as the customer should know what you want before
we go to the auction and pick something up. It puts a
tremendous burden on us to find, buy, and then have to sell
a vehicle not as intended. |
| Q. As a cash buyer,
I'll be shopping around for vehicles as well. In the event
that I find something before you guys do can I get my
deposit back? |
A. Of course! |
| Q. What exactly is
the benefit of having you guys find a vehicle for me? (From
a cash buyers prospective.) |
A. The vehicle you get will be inspected
by a qualified tech so that alone can save you $80+ on a
professional inspection fee. Second, while other car dealers
typically mark their prices up $2000+, our markup is
typically much less (depending on the vehicle, effort, and
price). It can be as low as $500 above auction cost! |
